The Red Cross's nationally approved first aid trainings and their teaching materials are based on the international first aid guidelines, the Current Care Recommendation and the national Resuscitation Guidelines, and thus offer the opportunity to maintain first aid skills. The goal of first aid training is to increase first aid skills and strengthen the courage to help.
